I’ve written a few posts about how to relax and mentally prepare for the day ahead, but what about when you come home after a really shitty day and all you want to do is curl into a ball and sob your eyes out?
Okay…maybe not THAT dramatic, but hey – we’ve all been there at one point or another.
Sometimes it’s not that bad, but work at the office can definitely get a bit much some days and take it’s toll. I know it does for me. Even with this new job. Even working half day. I’m just a natural stress ball…
Which is why I need all the reminding I can get when it comes to finding ways to chill the *beep* out. Are you the same?
I wrote a short article last week for All4Women listing a couple of easy ways to unwind after a long, exhausting day. And this isn’t just for people who work office jobs. It’s for all the moms as well who spend their days running around after little people. I know – that in itself is a job and a half!
